Parasailing: The Bahamas Experience
One of the more unusual Bahamian activities (and one not many Bahamians participate in) is being strapped into a parachute before being pulled at high speed behind a boat until you're very high in the air.
Here is a video of the view from just such an experience including a watery dip.
